«Сложное время все мы переживаем. Мы не были готовы к такому серьёзному вызову, как коронавирус. Спокойно работали, в плановом порядке оказывали медицинскую помощь, в которой нуждались наши пациенты. Пандемия стала испытанием на прочность, профессионализм и, конечно, дала возможность вновь убедиться в том, что друзья рядом и они помогут.
Мы никогда не использовали в таком огромном количестве средства индивидуальной защиты — маски, респираторы, одноразовые костюмы и халаты. Потребовались и специфические препараты для лечения коронавирусной инфекции, причём некоторые из них для тяжёлых пациентов реанимации стоят огромных денег. Скажем, одна инъекция — около 50 тысяч рублей. А пациенту на курс нужно минимум две. Возникла резкая необходимость в кислородных масках, ведь до сих пор в реанимации у нас не было сразу столько тяжелобольных. Стоимость одной такой кислородной маски около 30 тысяч рублей.
Закупить всё необходимое нужно было очень оперативно. Обратились за поддержкой к первому заместителю генерального директора — директору по производству УК «Металлоинвест», депутату Белгородской областной Думы Андрею Угарову. По его инициативе помощь от компании пришла незамедлительно, за что огромное спасибо не только от медработников, которые полностью снабжены средствами защиты, но и от старооскольцев, имеющих возможность сегодня лечиться эффективными препаратами, рекомендованными Министерством здравоохранения.
Благодаря неоценимой помощи Металлоинвеста меньше пациентов попадают в реанимацию и в итоге быстрее выздоравливают.

Я бы хотела обратиться к жителям округа от имени всех медицинских работников. Мы просим вас очень внимательно и серьёзно относиться к своему здоровью. Если почувствовали недомогание, не затягивайте, обращайтесь к врачу, не сидите дома семь дней с температурой выше 38 градусов. Это крайне неблагоприятно влияет на прогнозы заболевания: у человека поражаются лёгкие, нередко процент поражения достаточно высок, в этом случае нам очень тяжело ему помочь. А такие больные к нам поступают раз в два дня точно.

Давайте будем социально ответственны не только по отношению к другим, стараясь не стать источником заражения, но и к себе, не пренебрегая лечением, в случае болезни.
