Воронежскому медику грозит штраф до 100 000 руб. за "фейк" заявление о нехватки защиты от коронавируса

Заявивший о нехватке защиты от COVID-19 воронежский медик: «От слов своих не отказываюсь». За фейк Александру Косякину грозит штраф до 100 тыс. рублей.

Административное дело фельшера Новоусманской районной больницы Александра Косякина дошло до суда, но решение по нему так и не принято. Адвокат медика обнаружил в деле процессуальные нарушения, поэтому его передадут в мировой суд.

Александра Косякина обвиняют в распространении заведомо ложной информации. В середине апреля Александр вместе с коллегой записал и выложил в сеть видео, на котором заявил, что в Новоусманской районной больнице врачам, работающим с коронавирусными пациентам, не хватает средств защиты. За это Косякину грозит штраф до 100 тыс. рублей.

– Я от своих слов отказываться не буду. Если я сказал, значит, я буду доказывать это. Я полностью не согласен с тем, что меня обвиняют по данной статье. Я не согласен. Именно поэтому будем бороться до конца и доказывать свою правоту, – говорит Александр Косякин.

Напарник Косякина Александр Шулепов, с которым было записано видеообращение, отказался от своих слов, утверждая, что они были сказаны на эмоциях.

Изначально административное дело должны были рассматривать в Новой Усмани, но по требованию защиты его сначала передали в Железнодорожный, затем в Коминтерновский, а теперь и в мировой суд. Между тем срок давности таких дел – два месяца.
